Tangs

Founded in 1932, Tang is one of the oldest department store in Singapore. This outlet span the space of approximately 85,000 square feet of retail space over two floors. You can almost get everything you need from the outlet such as Men's wear, Women's wear, Kids wear, beauty products, kitchen wear as well as travel needs.

I came there with a family of five on friday afternoon, the auntie who helped me to choose my perfume (Marc Jacob) was super helpful! She gave me alot of freebies! Her customer service is tip top! It's not the freebies that was good, she was very patience with me and my family! She dont give smirks and attitude! ????? However the china lady cashier was super rude, i was directed by the auntie to follow her for payment though i went to a different entrance of queue. This china lady cashier raised her eyebrows at me and asked "What is it!" So shocked by her service! My stuffs was brought to the cashier by the auntie but she couldn't even be bothered to ask the auntie who was infact there! If she doesnt want to work there, she might as well quit! Cashier asked me for my Tangs card as i was searching for the card - she lost her patience and proceed to ask me for my hp number. I have to be like a goon to take out all my cards when infact she can asked for my mobile number to begin with! Why make the customer go through her hassle? Also according to her my Tangs card expired and she renewed for me despite i said no to renew. She told me "It's renewed automatically!" So shocked by her behaviour! She could have learnt alot from the auntie who served me! To the management: Please look into this. Should raise the auntie salary as she really deserve it! The cashier sucks so bad!

shopping for house items os always best here. i love the range of items i can get and discounts are great . always come here for Christmas and Diwali shopping gifts.

A good place to shop in Singapore which has good brands under one roof. There are discounts running all around the year and they have good collection of kitchen essentials, apparel , perfume and cosmetics

My hubby and I were at Tangs Vivocity on 1 May at 11.15am. Excellent service was experienced from start to end. Was at the pots section buying pots and helped by a kind Chinese female staff (which we forgot to check her name) and Ben. Followed by when we bought a tissue holder. An elderly Chinese female staff served us. (Again we forgot to check her name). And finally Edmond helped to transfer the bulky items that we bought to our car. Very courteous, patient and helpful service from all. A big thank you for the excellent service. - Zaid and Lina.

A nice department with everything you need :) from cooking appliances, Lego to dresses, it's absolutely perfect. Recommend checking out the Ans.Ein dress section! ?

Love Tangs! They are the only departmental store that exclusively carry Su:m37. This is my favourite facial product especially their secret essence. Lady at the counter is always helpful. Being a member of Tangs, they always have great rebates. The usual rebates are 6% but Usually in a year they will have a few times of promotion at 12% rebates! Look out for their sales period too! Awesome buys during their sales!

One of the best malls in Singapore. Base have a big selection of Kitchenware and appliances from different brands to choose from. Varieties of High end cosmetics and perfumes sections are available on Level 1. Usually crowded on the weekends but still it's worth going to this place for your needs.
