β β β β β I would give it NO stars if i could. In all the lovisas i been to in the world this has been by far the worst. Rude customer service, cashier girl just wanted to be on her phone the whole time instead of actually serving a paying customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

β β β β β A shop with very serious bad service attitude. Ada (pronounced as AH DA) did not inform of the price changes and say I looked at wrong price tag. After i changed to a different item (similar pearl earrings), she said my item is not entitled to discount and said, "so no discount do you still want to buy or not?" After I paid, she does not offer to pack my item until I pointed to my item. And she said, "some customers just take and go, they don't even take bag!".
My point is: AH DA, you should open your mouth and inform customers the difference of items that are not getting sale discounts and it is only right to ask every customer if a packaging is needed, basic sales service. Service like this is incorrigible to the max!

β β β β β Product got exchanged in the middle of transaction. When I got home to open, I received the wrong product in the end. Terrible service and attitude. Will not recommend anyone to go there. Unless you alright with a sudden product change.

β β β β β The place says it opens at 10am. Instead itβs 11 and the doors are still closed - would be great to have the right timing posted.
Piercings were donβt well and cleanly.staff is super friendly

β β β β β Went to lovisa vivo for my second piercing yesterday and was pleased to see the staff being very patient and meticulous! The staff was patient in marking my lobes for piercing and adjusting to make sure I was satisfied. Great to see high standards both at this outlet and at parkway where I previously visited. Not a fan of their earrings actually, but I like the service provided and the friendly staff. Price is really worth it for such great service by well-trained staff. Will be back to get my helix done! :)
