F	Fatin Halina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was greeted and served by Su and then her colleague Hazmi joined my exploration for bags as a gift. Su had to attend to another customer so Hazmi served us for the rest of our visit there. Thoroughly enjoyed his service equipped with knowledge about the products, especially the types of leather and how they shine differently with wear. He also gave a personal touch as he shared with us pictures of what kind of clothing can be styled with the bags. He also helped to polish my Coach handbag, which I totally did not expect so that was really awesome of him considering I am a huge Coach fan however with little knowledge of leather care. I've been to many Coach outlets and boutiques and today's visit was exemplary. Probably the best Coach visit ever, surpassing the great visit I had when I was in the Coach outlet in New Jersey. Thank you so much for your incredible help Hazmi and Su!

I definitely recommend the products here and such a gem to keep and use for long term. I especially like the customised bag tag for awesome personal touch and stands out from other people.
g	gladys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went yesterday with friends to buy a cardholder , as we were dressed very casual with school tee and normal pants as we just came from school , both the staff judged us and barely wanted to serve us . ask them if they had a new piece and they rolled their eyes . after making payment they even pointed at us like stole something as we were carrying bags . while walking out of the shop , they stared at us all the way .

In addition he taught me how to use a puncher very patiently despite having a lot of customers. Highly recommended store. If you go there, please look for Christine for the best advice and help. She is intelligent, polite and pleasant person. I recommend the management to award her with an achievement award for customer service excellence.

Cecilia was very warmth and definitely takes her time to talk to us. She also give some good POINTS on which bag suits your style or depends on what you need.
