★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to tanjong pagar plaza market and food centre with the intention of trying other food but unfortunately they were closed. Walked about and chance upon this stall selling Teochew fishball noodle, seems like a popular stall as there was queue for it. Bowl of noodle starts from SGD$3.20 onwards.
Ordered their signature noodle which was SGD$4.20. That bowl of noodle comes with minced pork, fishcake, fishball, meatball as well as fish paste dumpling. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Lard was crispy and didnt have the rancid taste to it
Would eat again if i am nearby!
