The barbecue char siew is moist and flavorful on the inside and slightly chewy on the outside. Their wanton uses shrimps as fillings, similarly for their dumplings too. You can really enjoy the natural sweet flavors of the shrimp and its bouncy texture. It's a great addition to the noodles and char siew, a almost perfect combo. You can choose to add the amount of chili and fried pork lard to it, yourself.
