Great taste! Had it a couple of times

I love it that the beverages here are all healthier-choice, low in sugar, and made from natural ingredients (no artificial syrups) - without compromising on taste. Am a huge fan of their fermented probiotics lemonades. Their healthier-choice toppings are shiok too! My favourites are their housemade chestnut pearls & chia seed konnyaku lime jelly. Awesome beverages aside, the biggest factor that converted me into a loyal customer is their even more awesome customer service. I used to visit their Raffles Place outlet regularly on working days, before compulsory WFH became a thing in 2020. Fast forward to March 2022, I heard they were opening a 2nd outlet at i12 Katong, and visited on the first day of opening. Once the founder Ivan saw me, he rattled off my pre-pandemic favourite order without missing a beat, down to the details like ice level and topping type. My jaw literally dropped behind my mask - I wasn’t expecting him to remember all these after 2 years! It was such a pleasant surprise, and I was touched by how much he cherishes each and every customer. Special mention to Sam (the co-founder, I believe) for his thoughtfulness, patience, and keen eye for detail. When I ordered multiple items at one go (1 for myself, the rest on behalf of friends), he took the initiative to prepare my own beverage first, so that I could drink it while waiting for him to prepare the other items. He also readily explained which beverage + topping combinations will / will not work, made good recommendations (while NEVER coming across as being pushy), and patiently listened when I offered a suggestion. TL;DR: This place deserves continued patronage because of their healthy + tasty beverages, AND even more importantly, the way the founder & co-founder are sincere about building rapport with customers.

Great beverage place nestled in i12. Ordered the Matcha Fresh Milk tea and it tasted good. It wasn't super mind blowing but I like it. It's also really cool when the maximum sweetness is 50% and they do offer soy milk base (+$1.0 for it). It is definite worth a try! Oh and the owner is really nice!
