★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst nightmare at this outlet! Totally agree with the other customers who got their worst haircut ever! I got mine too.
I just wanted a very simple haircut, which is high shave at the sides and back but instructed the stylist clearly to just shave along the existing hairlines at the sides, & not to shave off the sides totally. Next thing i knew, she totally shaved off the hair on one side. I was totally shocked and angry.
This shows that the stylist couldnt even be bothered to take note of customer’s instructions & just assumed.
Worst service & ultimate thumbs down ??. Especially on the standards of the stylists. Totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, got the worst haircut of my life I could hear the barber having second thoughts when she saw the picture for reference, gosh.
I said to not touch the top and keep it long she trims it until I'm eligible for the army, worst barber ever, zero communication on their end even after showing the picture again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one is manning the shop. There’s a “back in 10 mins” sign at the door. 45 mins later, no signs of and staff available despite the store being open (lights and doors are open).
I wasted my time going all the way here. Since it seems to be a new branch, I decide to have lunch at i12 so I can get my haircut done after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New kcuts in katong, a bit hidden in basement of i12 katong near bubble tea or Fun Toast store. Hair cut was quick and simple. Bring exact change, they still use cash machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is subpar for a company who state about being professional and of a high standard.
The guesstimating of how much to cut is horrible and tends to overcut the length.
The staff do not even know what is undercut when that is one of the most basic skill sets most hairstylists understand.
Even the advertisement on the screen where they promote their company with the actor is with an undercut hairstyle.
Staff never even inspect the hair before cutting. After snipping of hair then she realized the underside of the hair is way shorter.
Service: 3.5/10
(Direct competitors QB house have better professionalism)
Basic Skill Set: 2/10
(Can't even cut straight don't expect anything)
Haircut knowledge: 1/10
(Don't even know what is undercut)
I would never recommend anyone to get your haircut here. Unless you want to look like you're wearing a coconut on our sunny island.
