★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It terrible. Im tourist and i pay this with my debit card. There shown that have to pay deposit for enjoy 10 minutes free bike. There also shown that deposit cn refundable but it doesn’t refund after that. Just cheated money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. They charge your bank account fees when they feel like it. The scooters always have dead batteries or they are in very poor working order. All around poorly run company. Not worth your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented an e-scooter but halfway it just died so i basically rented a scooter,kudos for the fitness training. The best part was their support staff, i tried locking the e-scooter, sorry i meant scooter, at a convienient place for me since it was dead but no way in hell that wouldve ever happened. They told me to go to the nearest pod to park it, whats the convenience fee for then? Please enlighten me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a wonderful tour around Singapore waterfront today using Telepod: all the benefits of travelling on foot without breaking a sweat! It took only a few minutes’ practice steering and changing speed before setting off. We had an issue with payment (user error on our part) which was promptly resolved by their customer service team. Be aware that you need to pre-purchase the discount passes before commencing your journey. Also be aware you cannot scooter in Gardens by the Bay. This is a fabulous way to experience Singapore.
