I was compelled to write this review after coming across recent negative reviews. To share my own experience: I was with S's team (as a pupil) for a brief period of about two (2) months not too long ago. S and his senior associate are both highly competent and well versed in substantive and procedural law. As a pupil, I have sat through client meetings with them and the advice rendered is generally to the point, firm and in the best interests of the client. I left after 2 months - not because of the environment - rather, the team takes the work extremely seriously (even working hard during the weekends and till late during weekdays) such that if one is not up to mark, he/she will struggle to stay afloat. S is ultimately a compassionate, nurturing and encouraging person. If I had perserved and stayed on, perhaps I would have benefitted even more. From a client's perspective, there is a deep sense of assurance that the legal fees you pay and more importantly, your legal concerns are entrusted in responsible and diligent hands. I have since lost contact with my former team but they have left a lasting impression on me - I definitely see them as trustworthy lawyers I would engage for my own matters.
