I got a follow up email with the invoice along with links to instruction manual and warranty sign up. Same email provided the tracking number of the order. Same day delivery to the door is simply amazing so I get to try it out the next day! Thanks for everything, Tennis Bot!

I found the details for the distributor here in Singapore and reached out to Greg at Tennis Bot. The response and service I received was as fantastic as it was personalised. Greg was immediately responsive, knowledgeable resolved my request quickly, efficiently and promptly even though this required some research and back ordering on his part. I would recommend Tennis Bot highly.

However, it is too big to hide but Greg helped to string wrapped it in black. There was no way that you can tell what’s inside. So the plan of giving my husband a surprise went very well and he loves the machine. He booked immediately a training session with Slinger and have been talking to his friends about it. Thank you very much Greg for making it a stress free purchase for me. Also, not to forget to mention about the on time delivery. :) thank you.
