Open 24 hours. $3 bak chor mee. $2 fishball noodle. More than decent tasting soup. Superb value for money.

Give the gout-inducing but men’s health-boosting oyster soup a try (:

Went there at night and was served undercooked noodles. Bad attitude from young lady with short hair. It’s a pity as the food was not bad before.

Is there a change of ownership? The two uncles were service oriented & served better noodles. Just served by a bad attitude short-hair young lady. Will not patronise anymore.

This stall is located in Cheng San Food Centre (AMK), sells cheap and good fishball and minced meat noodles. For a $2.00 Fishball noodles, you will get a generous serving of noodles with 6 fishballs. Their noodles were springy and well coated with the sauce and vinegar. Fishballs were bouncy and chewy. At this price of $2.00, you can't get the same serving and standard elsewhere. Their Minced Pork Noodles which was priced at $3.00, was equally good as well. It also came with a full bowl of noodles, packed with minced pork, pork liver, 2 meat balls and slices of lean meat. The whole bowl of noodles was so flavorful that you will finish everything within. Highly recommend to patronise this stall when you are around this vicinity, which is cheap and good. I will definitely revisit this stall again.

Apr '22 - Another wonderful experience of oyster soup. Price has crept to $5.50 but the amount of oysters seemed to be lesser, about 10 pieces. The soup was flavorful and the minced pork and lard added another layer of dimension. Fish sauce with sliced chili was a heavenly mix for this bowl. Haven't seen another hawker that offers something similar. July '21 - The oyster soup is heavenly! For $5, you get about a dozen of plump oysters. Generous minced pork and lard to go with. The soup is a tad salty but tasty. Asked for fish sauce to dip the oysters.

QQ noodles with a dash of chilli and generous portions of bak chor makes this stall a MUST TRY. Portions just nice for lunch and room for a little snack. Or… go to the wet market and buy a box of lovely pro belly from the roasted pork guys! See my other review :)

I've always visited Cheng San Market And Food Centre frequently hut had never tried this particular teochew fishball and minced meat noodle stall before. I tend to always go back to song kee which is further behind this stall. Recently on a fine weekday morning, I finally managed to give this one a go as I happened to to see this stall that was highly recommended by people from a facebook group. Overall, I must say that the auntie and uncle manning the stall both are very friendly. The taste of this might be average and decent to me but the ingredients that they used are premium, especially the prawns. Not many places offer prawns in their fishball minced meat noodles. I encourage you to come and try it out whenever you drop by cheng San Market and food centre. Sometimes it's good to try out other stalls rather than to queue for the famous ones. Haha. Enjoy!
