★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrounded by the many yummy stalls in ci yuan, it's easy to miss this minced pork noodles stall. But it's worth a try.
It meets my criteria of a good decent minced pork noodles (肉脞面): noodles are QQ not soft, good concoction of chilli & sauces mixed, generous portion and 2 most important factors - rightly cooked pork liver and yup, crunchy pork lard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent bak chor mee. Sauce is good with right mix of salty, sour and a hint of sweet. Generous amount of noodles as well. And the soup is not an afterthought. A quick and reliable BCM fix it you're in the neighbourhood.
