Horrible food, bought salted egg meat but there was NO MEAT, ONLY FLOUR? where is my meat???? If you like to pay for expensive flour go ahead and try! OVERCOOKED fried meatless flour? surely have the taste of carcinogens I returned the meatless flour back to them and ask for a refund but the staff told me that all along the meat is like that......omg and so I asked the staff that you dare to sell overcooked flour to people? Another staff at the back suddenly raise his voice and said in chinese that their PRICE is all the same, been like this. Ermm....I did not ask for the price but haha where is the link? what a joke this guy....talk without much processing. Basically rude staffs talking without sense, charge you overpriced with less portion and sells you flour instead of meat. I rather eat vegetarian meat than their flour.

Knn. Totally not worth the money. If u dont believe, pls go ahead and try. The porridge is totally soso. So are the dishes. Ordered 3 dishes and 2 porridge and got charged nearly $9. U see the proportion and the quality and u will eat with fire in ur stomach. Bad. So bad.

My parents used to bring us to this porridge shop for supper. We have good memories with this place. Today, my husband and I went to have lunch here, and a plastic shard was lodged in my throat from the porridge. I cough it out and my throat hurts. I did let the kitchen know, they said sorry. I took back the plastic piece and took a photo at my table. A guy came to us and apologize, and took the plastic away. Can't imagine what will happen if a child accidentally ingested it. I understand sometimes accidents, hope they will be more careful in food preparation to avoid such incident from happening again.

It is just another Chai fun stall.. It is no where near to teochew porridge standard.. Will not step in again.

When you visit this porridge stall with many people or family members, they will ask you how many people, no need to tell them how many pax, just tell them give me $1.00 dishes per plate and you can order as many plate as you want, if you tell them 5 person , they will whack you one item multiple by 5 person. Will not recommend anyone to visit this place I told the guy I want only $1.00 Per plate, and I order 16 plates for 7 person, this guy charge me $42 for my order which I told him I only want $1.00 per plate, even if it is $1.50 per plate, it is only $29.00 plus 5 porridge. PLS DONT CHARGE AS YOU LIKE- I ONLY WANT $1.00 PER PLATE

Cheap and good food. Staff are alert, polite and quick. A lot of varieties when it comes to the dishes too. I would give 5* but I ordered their stingray twice and both times it has a very pungent sewage taste and the texture of the meat was mushy. I recommend trying their “美人魚”and cereal chicken/fish. They have very good pork cutlets/chops too. Comes in a few flavors.

2nd time visit ?Terribly place to dine for porridge, it's unclean, oily utensils, vegetables with stones debris, twice bitten on same dish. Poor and very slow service, 4 persons cannot handle 4 consumers in Q staffs not attentive only eyes power team

Terrible porridge.. Normal rice porridge not even Teochew styled porridge. The steamed egg not fresh, chicken feet still too hard..horrible food.
