Always walked pass this place over the years and finally decided to give it a try today after chancing upon the fresh delivery of big juicy fish at their doorstep, from the supplier. The hand made fish and meat balls are fresh and excellent , soup base is sumptuous and the salt baked chicken is very unique . Family and kids are happy about the dishes and we shall return soon with bigger numbers to try out more variety of dishes ?

Food quality is good but expensive and before Covid you could tabao the soup home for free (cost $15) which I thought nett off the steeper price and so ok Today as usual I asked for soup to tabao and shocked to be charged at $30 which the waitress didn’t highlight the change and why charge $30 and not $15. We just settled and leave bec already packed nicely.

The shark soup is seriously amazing - one of the best soup bases I’ve ever had. A lot of their ingredients are also hand-made so you can really feel the difference as compared to the other chain outlets. Highly recommended their shrimp wonton and fishballs - generous portions and ingredients. Drunken prawns is also another of their highlights. Service is so-so, can get a little slow but worth the wait for the quality of their food. Recommend!

The first impression was the steamboat broth, it had the taste of traditional “Hua Tiiao Chew” Chinese wine. Fragrant yet without alcohol. The restaurant made various types seafood balls are the stars of the dinner. But the chicken that was recommended don’t taste right, it was hard cold, perhaps when comparing to a Singaporean Hainanese chicken. Come early or pre-book. Recommended

This is a nice steamboat restaurant for large group gathering. They have quite a few tables for group up to 10pax. Unlike typical Chinese mala hotpot, this steamboat is more homely and healthier, ie not spicy and less oily. It’s the kind that older generation folks will like! The shark-bone collagen soup base is rich and flavourful. Highly recommend to order their meat balls and beef strips!

Quite pricey I would say but the handmade fishball, prawn paste and lobster ball make it worth to pay for. Tau Kee was nice too and different from the one bought at wet market. Only order the pork knuckle if you are into so call "collagen" otherwise just skip it.

Food here is great! I've been here many times but what really prompted me to finally give a review was the manager's great customer service. Although I made a reservation for 730pm, we were still not seated by 745pm due to it being a full house (usually they are able to allocate us our seats on time). The manager decided to bring drinks out for us to apologise for waiting. I'm not saying that the people reading this review should expect this in the future, but their great customer service, attentiveness and amazing food should be reason enough for you to at least give it a shot!
