Visited on Christmas day with my parents. Lunch sets were available with no PH surcharge which was nice. We were given counter seats as requested. Took a while for the action to get started but the chef was skillful and friendly. We enjoyed his showmanship and food was delicious. Try to request for counter side seats in your booking, otherwise the other seats are too far away from the action.

Food is good. Service is great! I am happy that the Service staff shifted us to the teppan table when it becomes available.

Decent food, friendly staff. Both chef and staff were great, attentive and friendly. Food quality was decent though honestly would be expecting more based on the price. We ordered 2 set lunches (seafood & wagyu) and changed one of the rice to garlic fried rice. The hida beef is definitely the show, everything else was just decent.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I felt like I wasn't paying for what the experience was worth. Here's why. 1. The ambience was mediocre. Perhaps too brightly lit for a lunch setting due to the blazing sun from behind the cooking area. The view was blocked by the floating stadium so there isn't much of a view to enjoy. I sat in a sunken chair, so it was not the most comfortable. 2. Theatrics? There wasn't any. We did sit in a long table. There were 2 stoves but only 1 cook was present. The 3rd cook was off. The cook went about frying the food for other customers and for us. No flipping of cooked prawns nor slicing of meat like they were butter was shown. Only the beef was flamed with oil. 3. Food. The tempura (not teppanyaki) was great! And so was the beef tenderloin (medium rare). I won't pay extra for the garlic rice (too wet).

Had a fabulous night celebrating Valentine’s Day with my wife. A nice little restaurant with an amazing view. We ordered the Japanese A5 wagyu beef set and the a la carte tenderloin beef. While the starter like salad, and the last course, fried rice are pretty ordinary, both the beefs are amazing and the A5 wagyu literally melts in our mouth and with the right amount of flavour. Personally, I would recommend the A5 wagyu beef for the exquisite dinning experience. Price is a bit on the high side and the Teppan Kaiseki Course can be a bit too much for a single pax to finish. The course can be shared by 2 pax and maybe add one more a la carte dish and you are good to go.

Sat at the counter seats for teppanyaki. Ordered the lobster and beef set menu which was ard $258.. it was super filling. The food quality was good but it wasn't fantastic for the price paid. I liked the appetizers more than the mains.. service was good though, they were very attentive
