β β β β β Malay lady staff (possibly the manager) was really nice and welcoming to my friend and I, even treated us to Chocolate Pies because we accidentally redeemed on the Mcdonald's app but were unable to use it. Really knowledgable, kind and polite :)

Just to confirm with staff if i did it correctly. For my order
One aunty staff reply me rudely YA LA YOUR ORDER IS TAKE AWAY WHAT .
I try to explain to her because i order 2 separate order just to confirm if i do it correctly on the machine .
She ignored me and talk in Cantonese saying ORDER WHAT ALSO DONT KNOW .
My order ready and she turn around just drop it on the table ..... Great experience

β β β β β Staff not treating their customer equally. One of the Indian staff asked me to gave the seats to the walk-in customer. Tho Iβm here for 3hours but you canβt ask the customer anyhow change seats here and there. Customer service and staff training definitely need to be improve

Honestly this seems like such a popular drink I don't understand why they don't have someone purposely in charge of it...
And let's be honest here, if the frappe was available everyday after work I will come here and eat...
Unfortunately whenever I try my luck and end up walking away disappointed

β β β β β The covid setting is quite well arranged for the outlet. Youβd have to wait for a staff to allocate a seat for you which is well done. Usually packed with people though.
McGriddles is always nice, sweet and savoury. The set comes with a cute sticker for your kids to enjoy (or adult-kid)
A bit disappointing though that somehow McDonald found a way to cut cost by halving the pineapple in the buttermilk crispy chicken. It was one of my favourite thing to have in a burger and they manage to half it. Ouch.
Still would go back though! Hopefully they will understand the disappointment and revert.

β β β β β Have you tried the #CrispyHainaneseChickenBurger of #Mcdonalds? It does remind you of #ChickenRice, but with a twist. ?

The #Burger does taste better with the #DarkSweetSauce. ??? The #CrissCutFries is just okay, nothing fantastic about it. If only it comes with some seasoning like their popular #ShakerFries. The taste is well pair with its #GarlicChilliSauce.
