That Flower Shop Singapore is awesome! My grandma passed away last Monday and due to COVID-19, we could only have the wake till Wednesday. I requested for the WS-07 Strength Funeral Flower Stand on Tuesday afternoon at 2pm and was immediately put in touch with Sarah over WhatsApp. Sarah was really fast and efficient in her service. As my late grandma loved white roses, I asked Sarah if it was possible to add more to the flower stand, and she patiently gave her input on whether it was more aesthetically pleasing with yellow or white pom flowers. We had an open discussion about the price and flowers as well. She was quick to process my order with her supplier and request to type my personalised message on a card too, even though my message was in Chinese. I also requested that the flowers should be delivered to us by 7pm as there would be funeral rites after that, and to my pleasant surprise, the delivery came around 6.25pm. The bouquet was bigger than expected, really neatly and pleasingly arranged. The supplier was generous in adding white roses in the flower stand, and the white roses were all so fresh and fragrant. On the day when my grandma's casket was sent for cremation, the undertaker actually took all the roses and white poms from the flower stand to be with her on her final journey. I'm sure my grandma really loved the flowers sent to her! Would like to thank the staff from That Flower Shop Singapore and Sarah, for being quick, efficient and friendly in processing my request despite such short notice. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for swift flower deliveries regardless of occasion! PS: Apologise for the lack of photos, was too distraught and the funeral proceeded too quickly for me to actually process anything at all. Thankful for That Flower Shop Singapore for being my saviour despite the lack of time!

If there is an option of no star, i would pick that. Extremely disappointing service, we tried to rectify a mistake on the delivery date immediately after we made the order online, and for 2 whole days, totally no respond to all my messages left, emails sent nor answer the calls we made. Flowers were not just delivered at unwanted date, the blooms look so tired and brown around the edges. We are not trying to make things difficult but to have a decent transaction, we understand this is lockdown period, but if you notice that the quality of your flowers are not so good, as a service business, please at least have the decency to inform us, so we can decide whether to cancel order or proceed. But no, you guys totally kept quiet and just proceed with the delivery like there is no problem. Given the type of so-called service you guys rendered, I would really advice anyone who wishes to order from you guys, think twice, unless they wish to pay for withered bouquets to be delivered.

Prompt replies, helpful service and timely delivery! The staff also advised on the flowers that are more long-lasting and those that fit my budget. Really glad I chanced upon them online while searching for flowers!
