Staff was very patient and helpful with picking out the flowers. Allowed me to customise my bouquet when I couldn’t decide between those available ones. Price wise better than NTUC say Vivo as well

My husband ordered roses for a nice anniversary surprise. The delivery guy went to the wrong apartment first of all. But luckily my honest neighbors explained they were not me, and would not accept the flowers. Finally the delivery guy found our unit and made sure that the name on his delivery schedule matched who I was. Then he apologized for the confusion and the delay and handed me the flowers. I took them inside and found the bouquet very fresh and even chilled. It took me a good ten minutes with heavy shears to cut away the bag and the water-retaining packaging that had done a good job keeping the blooms hydrated. At last I could put the flowers in a vase I had on hand. They looked amazing! The downers: The flowers were gorgeous but had no fragrance. The packaging is a frustrating situation to deal with, so I recommend you line your counter or work bench with newspaper or waxed paper before you start taking off the plastic, etc. Then when finished, just roll up the mess and put into trash can. Also, the flowers did NOT come with a little packet of flower food. Maybe it didn't matter; I don't know, but I was very sure to change the water DAILY to avoid water scum or mosquitoes. The great things: My flowers lasted a full 8 days! They really were lovely. I kept the band around them so they'd stay compacted. It didn't seem to cause any problems. Very happy!

My fiancΓ© pre-ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to be collected on Sunday for our proposal. I didn’t know what kind of reference photos he showed the florist, but the bouquet was so bad to the point that even an untrained eye can tel that this is not up to standard. Here’s why: 1. The colour coordination sucks. Why are there so many white and green roses when they obviously aren’t the main colours? It looks like a vegetable bouquet instead of a flower bouquet? 2. The number of red roses aside, they aren’t even properly positioned? Why are they at the back where you can barely see them. And why is the 3rd stalk weirdly separated? Honestly, I don’t think anyone would buy this bouquet if it’s displayed at their storefront. It’s literally worser than their readymade selection. Checked with my fiancΓ© if the salesperson mentioned any limitations (ie flowers not in season or only certain flowers can be used due to budget) but the salesperson didn’t mention anything. I even asked him for the reference photo to see what exactly did he request for and well, you can tell that the bouquet we received was entirely different. Unfortunately, my fiancΓ© didn’t have time to express his disappointment as he was rushing for the proposal. But objectively speaking, the bouquet is so below standards that I couldn’t just let it slide. 1 star review for sure.
