★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my nose threadlifts at this clinic twice. First visit went well but not the second. During my second time, I had a failed nose thread lift procedure. Due to threadlift migration, the wound simply could not recover. I had to remove part of the thread and even resort to getting small stitches done to get it fixed. The recovery was painful and I was scarred for a good one year which really affected my self-esteem. There was also no full or partial refund given to me. Only good thing was the doctor did not avoid responsibility but it was overall, still a traumatic experience. I am unable to do any more procedures due to the scar being visible even until now. Can’t comment on other services but I will not recommend doing a Thread Lift here unless you want to have a possibly of having a scar like me, hence 2 stars.

The staff is incredibly professional and I have full trust in both the aestheticians and Dr. Stephen in taking great care of my skin. I visit regularly for hydrafacials and have also tried various different laser treatments. I’ve never been disappointed with a treatment I’ve had there and will continue to visit only the Aesthetics Firm for any skin and beauty treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the clinic is nice and clean. I have bought the package of both BBL and Hydrafacial. Now it is the fouth time treatment. The effect is quite good and i could see the effect right after the first treatment. I could feel my skin is getting brighter and cleaner. My friend also comes for it when she sees how my skin is changed. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose the Aesthetic firm after a long research… but really feel surprise and delight with the service.
My treatment is mainly BBL. I think no many medical center are equipped with BBL machine. Both the consultant and doctor are super professional with my questions and concerns. They are also transparent to give me practical advice based on my situation instead of over sale.
One additional benefit is that the location is super convenient, right next to the MRT and can go find lots of nice food after the treatment. Aesthetic firm offers quite a lot different program which i will consider trying others soon. My consultant name is Canise and she’s incredible! Detail, patient and responsible, lucky to meet with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the acne treatment program, my acne is finally under control and the acne scar is not obvious anymore. My skin is kinda smooth and not so oily too.
I would to thank the wonderful staff for taking their time to explain the whole treatment process and advising me on the after care. Been supporting them for almost a year now, treating my skin problems. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 3 BBL treatments here and all are perfect. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and friendly, which makes my experience more pleasant. The effect is also obvious even after the first treatment, my friends and parents all say that my skin becomes clearer and the pores become visibility smaller. It was a really nice experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested to do BBL.
