Very patient and thorough doctor who went through all the treatments I asked about and recommended the best for my skin (not the most expensive). Sure enough, my skin was glowing after their Red Carpet Laser facial!

Update: As I had a good conversation with Dr. Tan from the Belle Clinic I am updating my previous comment: 1) Clinic did reach out to me after the below Feedback 2) They took the Feedback very serious and implemented several steps to prevent things like that happening in the future, e.g. would additionally highlight risks involved, etc. 3) As I do appreciate their efforts I am changing my rating from 1 to 3. With this I do appreciate the above mentioned points, but still can not give them full stars as it would not reflect my whole impression. Unfortunately a very unresponsible clinic. Please let me tell you about my experience. Firstly after making an appointment, they let me wait for 30 minutes which normally is pretty ok, but then they had the boldness to tell me, I will have to wait another 30 minutes as the doctor is very busy (no one was in there ;)). As I was in my lunchbreak I could not just spend 60 minutes waiting so I told them I have to unfortunately leave and will look for another doctor. After that suddenly the doctor was not as busy (or in my opinion probably could postpone her lunchbreak) and take me (note that was after waiting for straight 45 minutes). I would be fine with this point, if not the other issues where as well. So then when I finally could see the doctor see prescribed me some pills and also some cream to treat my skin issue (also tried to sell a lot more stuff to be like a serum for like 500 dollars.. lol) I said I do not want to have pills, as I want to get pregnant and when I had the issues before the cream was always enough. That said, the doctor insisted on giving me the pills. As soon as I got home I also knew why: they cost like 100 Dollars.. I mean obvsl. it is a great business for them. Furthermore I read the prescription of the pills and it clearly states that this pill should not be taken if you want to get pregnant... This is just a very unpleasant experience and even when I called them to give a Feedback they literally did not care. If you have any issues or need to take precautions when taking pills just be very careful when you visit them and also prepare yourself for hard selling....

I tried a glycolic facial with Dr Maybelle and I loved the whole experience! From the professional service to the actual treatment, everything was perfect. I felt comfortable and at ease (very important when consulting any doctor - aesthetic or not) throughout the process. A series of sessions are needed for best results, but my skin already looks and feels clearer just after one treatment.

First time having a treatment at this clinic and had a 5* experience. I was very nervous as I never had any cosmetic treatments before but am starting to be concerned about wrinkles and laugh lines from years spent in the sun. Another clinic had told me I needed 10 syringe of filler for a liquid lift, which I was not prepared to do. Dr Maybelle was very patient and spent close to an hour explaining the treatment options to freshen up my lines. ( I probably made her late for her next appointment but she never hurried me throughout all my questions). In the end, I had tiny injections of botox and a little bit of filler, which made a huge difference to the lines and tired look I had , while keeping a natural look. (Took the pictures while waiting for my turn- they seem to have a lot of awards!)
