Female staff very bad attitude on April 8 at 7:30pm at Clementi outlet. My son always goes there and Jeff is very professional and friendly. Today is the first time we saw this unhappy lady. Hope we won't see her again!

Rude and bad service..I brought my 2yr old son for haircut and so he kept crying..senior hair stylist kept calling him "lousy boy"..she may not be sensitive but i am overly do and im not happy about it..The worst service ever,will not visit that place anymore

Please have good communication ethics towards customers or people as we pay for the service. Dont have to comment with such words that may hurt people. Pls be sensitive toward others and have good quality.

If you need a quick haircut, this place is suitable.

The worst hair cutting experience i have ever gone through. The hair stylist auntie that was working there was so unbelievably rude towards me and my mother. My mother wanted to change her $10 for 5 $2s but when she asked this auntie to do so, she dropped the money on purpose on the floor and was completely unapologetic about it. I accidently sat at the wrong place when someone got up i went to sit down and i got screamed at. The auntie and a uncle which was a customer yelled at me when they really could have told me to move to the right seat nicely (i did not sit on the crossed seats). When i sat down in line this time they decided to talk loudly about me in front of me saying, " oh if you not happy just go back la" and other hurtful and snarky remarks. I would not be visiting this place ever again, if i had a choice i would rate 0 stars.

Very impatient with young kids (2 yo), almost scolding the poor kid to look down while the hair cut which led to the kid crying profusely. If they don't have the etiquette to handle such young kids then they shouldn't offer the service in the store. Never going back.
