★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tan Boon Liat building to look for the Stressless Recliners. It was closed on a Monday but I didn't know. However, the salesman still entertained me. They did not run the model that I wanted but the salesman was kind enough to direct me to another shop within the building that has the model that I wanted. Excellent service standard and very helpful salesman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were received politely, got great help from the showroom staff, and even got an (unexpected but greatly appreciated ride) from the store owner when we had trouble getting a car to fetch us back home (with our purchase) during a massive thunderstorm.
Overall very happy with The Bear Knows!
