★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed an appointment as a first time visit.
When reached was informed only 2 kids infront. Waited an hr and upon checking still 2 kids ahead which is not right.
Docter meet up was 5min. Did an allergy test and the doc left for lunch and didnt even stay on to explain the allergy results. Nurse explained it. Paid full price for that. Definitely didnt really feel she took her patient seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1.5 yo boy was there. The nurses and dr were very professional at handling an unsettled toddler. They know how to sooth and calm my boy while doing their assessment and treatment efficiently and swiftly. Thank you. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally after 2 months an ENT specialist that helps. My boy was referred to the public hospital, and twice we were told there's nothing wrong with his ears. I'm glad we found Dr Dawn, she looked into LO's ears, took out a huge earwax and saw there was a ear infection. We also did a hearing test which was different to the ones we did at the polyclinic. After the test was done, Dr Dawn explained to me clearly what was happening with my 10 month old boy. The nurses and Dr Dawn made the whole process a pleasant one for me and my boy. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my boy for an allergy test and review after recommendations from a friend. I could tell we were seeing a very popular doctor from the number of kids there. I was informed by another mum at the clinic that Dr Dawn is great surgeon and to expect to wait once in awhile if she has to attend to an emergency or urgent case. Overall we had a good experience, a friendly ent doctor that is specializes with kids, the visit was quick and not as dramatic as I pictured it.

I did ask if it was a joke since we need to see the doctor now not in a month time.
I got this answer: sorry we are packed..
My answer: Ok, I am gonna book elsewhere.
Receptionist: Ok bye.
Very good customer service! I guess not to the standard of what we could expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Dawn is fantastic - friendly, competent and caring. She managed to do a scope for my son when he was 1 year 4 months without any tears or drama. She also told us what to expect down the road which was very helpful - today I bought my son to see her again at 2y6m and she is confident we will be able to settle his chronic rhinitis. Her clinic has lots of fun toys too (wooden castle and train tracks. Last visit was toy cake mixer and coffee machine) - my son didn't want to leave her clinic.
Highly recommended.
