โ โ โ โ โ If you are a delivery guy... One day park outside one day go at B2... One day cannot park inside the condo... Depends on the hour you reach and which security guard is attending. Very upsetting management

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice community and pool facilities. Unfortunately being right next to the AYE the apartments are noisy with the constant hum and roar of the cars and motorbikes.

โ โ โ โ โ Great seaview and pool view condo. Facilities are nice and it's so near to all the top schools around Clementi. Bus stop within 3 min outside the NUS high. Also food court and supermarket within a min walk to the HDB. Very convenient and tick all the boxes of the family.

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely condo, but be careful with the Frank Knight management company. They make it incredibly easy to pay them a deposit for the facilities, but getting it back from them is a several month long process with no cooperation from their side.
