A lovely and spacious condo, albeit rather dated and less 'shiny' than the newer condos. However, the condo management team are prehistoric, lack efficiency to do their job as well as being extremely unprofessional and are very obvious in how discriminatory they are. Please continue reading for examples. Everything is recorded on paper, as in you have to submit cash (is this a hawker centre) to receive your resident card. If you want the $50 returned to you, then you need to keep the paper receipt and hand back the laminated piece of paper they give you (aka - the card) to get your $50 back! If you want to book the facilities they want a cash deposit of $400. I was accosted one morning when I opened my sliding door by a woman who failed to introduce herself or show any ID and spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner. If you have something to discuss, please come by my front door or make a time with me - not AMBUSH me when I have just woken up and opened my sliding door. Not sure what the issue is but apparently domestic cats (as in cats the tenants own) cannot roam freely in the condo? The main reason I chose this place was it was a safe area for my cat. Apparently residents have complained. Not sure what the issue of the residents here is if a tiny 3kg cat being in their garden is their greatest annoyance in life. As well as writing in complaints about a cat... seriously guys? We are in the middle of a pandemic and you want to complain about a cat? There are some wonderful people who live here and the tennis coach is fab! The maintenance staff are really friendly and work so hard! Oh if only the management office understood how to do their jobs...Just think very carefully before living here about whether or not you want to deal with the management.

Amazing schools around

The condo is spacious albeit old, but well-maintained generally. In less than a year of living here, we've had numerous horrible experiences with the condo management. On one occasion, we've left some packaging materials on our own private garden patio and was told by management to remove them as they were "unsightly". First of all, it is our personal private garden space and we should be allowed to utilise the space accordingly as long as they do not pose any danger or inconvenience to others. The items only took up 1/10th of the patio space and due to their comments, we placed them in the corner behind our garden chairs out of sight. They were still dissatisfied and gave us a warning letter which alluded that they will resort to removing our personal items unless we remove them within 7 days. Totally unreasonable! We have seen other ground floor units with "bulky" items and furniture or construction materials which are definitely "unsightly" too. So this definitely feels discriminatory. This condo has problems with pests and you'll be able to see cockroaches lurking around the sewerage/drainage holes and we have found numerous cockroaches in our unit including baby ones. We have notified the condo management numerous times but they did nothing about it. If you have to stay here, just be mindful that you'll be dealing with a backwards, old school mentality condo management who are a pain. The one star I'm giving is for the friendly and hardworking cleaning aunties and uncles who've always been helpful and pleasant.
