S	SQ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deserve a star at all. I have never complaint any company online or never bothered to do it in my life before. However, I really think I need to address this issue here. It was happened at the new outlet at north point. The staff came to ask me to pay for an item (which placed at the cashier counter and just like a tester, and not covered with a sticker on the bottle cap like the rest of the bottles) few mins after I tried them on. I was very sure that they looked at me while I was doing it, but they never reminded me nor stopped me before things happened. Is this how your management train your staff or is this one of the tricks of your company use to cheat the customers? It was beyond disappointing indeed. FYI, some of the items there were not stick with the TESTER sticker, but it was almost used up too. Thank You for the worst shopping experience ever.

She offered me many options of parfum and it didn't took me long to decide on my purchase. Had my gift wrapped and I got $5 off from the Perkd app which she assisted me with.

Then the seller told took out YSL lipstick from cupboard under the cashier ( non displayed ) . When I saw the manufacture date , it’s was 0ct 2018. 3mth TIL 3 years . Naturally I asked if it’s expired . She said make up unopened can be used for 5 years . I was so naive to believe her . When I went home and ask for professional opinion from other seller , they told me unopened lip stick shelf life is usually 2-3 years . That means they sold me expired item !!! Unbelievable… I’ll take this complaint to the customer care if needed .

When I pulled down my mask to smell one of the fragrance testers, she told me in a dismissive tone that I’m not allowed to pull down my mask when having a sniff of the fragrance. However, when other customers did it ( And I’m very Sure she saw it ) she did not even said a word and allowed them to continue. What kind of unfair biases is this?? Will never patronise this outlet with her around ever again. THANK YOU BONNIE FOR THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD

When I was smelling some of the fragrances, they told me I could not pull down my mask. However, they allowed other customers there who were Members to pull down their mask without saying a word. I was sure that those two assistants asked the other customers if they were members when they were sniffing the fragrances and they said yes. Read a lot of negative reviews here about this store, will never patronise this outlet again. Those two assistants better reflect on their biased attitude.

We just bought the SK2 during last Christmas in 2021 in Novena IMM, the free gifts which you given expired on 28/11/2020, one year ago. When I called the staff, they said they won't give the expired one only give short of expired gifts. But the expiry date was 2020, which means it's not short of expiry, it's already expired when they given. ,During the phone call, the staff attitude was very bad, didn't say sorry about it, what's more she still insisted on they won't give expired gifts. She also said that if you don't want, just throw however it's free gifts. Even if it's free to give, if you given expired gifts to customers, you won't feel sorry to them???
