β β β β β Went there few days ago and was served with friendly staff. Despite the crowd,the staff there remained calm! Dont get mixed up with the other store called star 360 which also brings Birkenstock products.

β β β β β Excellent selection! It seems like you can find every Color and style here. I wanted a pair I saw on Birkenstockβs website that was sold out online, but they had it here. They also had an amazing selection of childrenβs shoes with cartoon characters, fun colours, glitter, and so on. Shop staff lady seemed a little shy but donβt let that discourage you. She was friendly and helpful when I talked to her and asked for help.

β β β β β The staff is very friendly and helpful, quiet at first but once I asking question they is very helpful to explain and check stock for size I require. Many product is on sale however size not complete anymore. The sales even offer to keep the sandals 3 days for me to come back when i decide i want that model.

β β β β β I bough 1 birkenstock shoes but then after i like another shoes, want to change shoes, cheaper one. saleswoman said no refund because latter one is cheaper.she said repeat no refund, no cash out
I argued her and finally exchange another one
It takes more than 10 minute,very long time I was exhausted and very tired for this event
She is very unkind
