CCTVs will capture you along the zebra crossing stretch (adjacent to the Polyclinic) & you may be caught violating an LTA rule of staying within the pedestrian crossing for too long (although you did it totally safely). Its an ambush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best position condo in pasir ris, 2min walk to mrt, 1min walk to eateries, 1m walk to poly clinic (perfect for new weds and newborn) best of all propety is so cheap 1/2 price, apartment is huge. I even sell off my car great saving. Facilities is the same as other condo, even have tennis court.
