★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No coffeeshop/food court around unless you travel about 3 bus stops away. But Ris Grandeur is next to a petrol kiosk with NTUC in it so I guess not so bad if you only need dry stores, ice-cream and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A resort like residential condominium. It's elegant and beautiful. They have a gorgeusly designed pool area. Complete amenities including a half basketball court! You would think like you're living in a hotel resort. Plus, it's only a bus ride away from nearest MRT station.
