โ โ โ โ โ Old condominium, it has lived it's charming years and looks dated. However Room sizes are better than the adjacent competition like Palette and D-Nest. There's no Bus Stop on the Pasir Ris Grove Lane so all condos on this lane have same disadvantage.

โ โ โ โ โ Good size condo apartment, unlike those development built at a later time.
This condo is quiet and cozy as it is not facing highway or main road.
Love the pools & facilities, except safety of the playground.
There should be shuttle service provided for residents.
Pick up point in front of guardhouse need revamp.
