I pre order my stuff for quite long and when I check that my item have been postponed for quite sometime they do not have the responsibility to inform the customer that the item will be delay. Instead we customer have to DM them to check when the item is arrived. This is going to be my first and the last time I’m going to pre order from this shop

TFH has been around for a very long time, offering models and figures at reasonable prices. Most of it is on pre-order, they bring in very little ex-stock, so whatever you want just pre-order. Sometimes the website stock status is not correct. Someone may have bailed on their pre-order. If you see something you really want but can't be found, sometimes it pays off to call in and ask. They may have a piece lying around.

Great place to buy from! Reliable, authentic, with some of the best pricing as well. Staff is friendly, attentive and fast as well. Highly reccomended.

Website was not very good, for pre order you cannot pay via the website or by card, can only pay via bank transfer. Also, the eta is stated november but when i asked them again in december they say eta is end of december cause they use sea shipping. Super slow delivery, i see other website pre order is already fulfilled. Regret buying from here.

Don't preorder from this website, super slow and have to do by bank transfer. ETA was Nov but it didn't arrive. I emailed them and they said it will be released around mid Dec so i waited. It is now January 2022 and I still haven't heard from them at all! Almost every other area in the world already has the product in stores already. Super disappointed in them, will not shop again after getting my pre-ordered products. EDIT: emailed them regarding the shipments, the owner states that the shipment arrived 31st Dec during holiday, but they are planning on emailing 3rd Jan to avoid inconviencing members. the owner also added that shipping times have been uncertain due to the pandemic. A time variance of 2-3 weeks or more is not unusual as manufacturers are not sending out stocks to all distributors at the same time... Order at your own risk, but this clears up some stuff from our back and forth emails! I do suggest that the shop updates us via email when the ETA for shipments are delayed. Hot toys last models. If you are searching old models, you will not find then here. The young owner, will advice you for older models to go to the mall central plaza, 7th floor and 4th floor for older pieces. At least what is remaining :(
