β β β β β Great store with plenty of Bowen Design statues and Star Wars Sideshow statues. I did see a number of what looked like 'knock off' asta r Wars Black series figures so double check before purchasing.

β β β β β TLDR: Avoid at all cost:
Before you patronise Action City aka Big Box International Pre Ltd, always remember there is eBay , Carousell and other 3rd party seller who will be able to sell you the same product, at a cheaper price if you are lucky.
They are the sole distributor for Bearbrick in Singapore in which they monopolises the pricing.
They do not care about their βloyalβ customers aka VIP and what makes you think they cherish the walk-ins. Customer service is almost non existence.
Lastly. If you do make purchase, please take the effort to INSPECT your toys. Chances are they are selling you rejected/defective ones, those with scratches and paint defects. You have been warned.
PS: I have be buying from them for the last 10 years and the situation is getting from bad to worst. Yes Iβm a so call VIP member in their app.

β β β β β DO NOT BUY. This shop is a lie. All of their items are not what is displayed on the box. Buyers beware! They have one side of the box that shows you twelve possible items you could get in that box, while the main side of the box shows an adorable bear. When I asked the staff after purchase, they said I should have asked the staff before buying! Who does that when the box clearly indicated pictures of ONE item? Thatβs basic consumer expectations.
