★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprise to not see more comments about how great this place is. Unpretentious, real and dedicated. This place is run by Coach David, who knows all his gym goers by name. He takes cares of all newbies (like me) and empower us with knowledge and watches us like a hawk to sure we have the right posture and don’t injure ourselves! He makes sure the exercises suit you and doesn’t just torture you like some other gyms. By far the best place I have come to train and I can feel that I can succeed under his watchful eyes to be the stronger person I wanna be.
