10 May 2022 2:40pm. After Apheresis donation. Went to toliet and witnessed the staff came out of the cubicle and left the toilet without Washing hands. Followed him out...then he was there to serve my free food.. he didn't wash his hands again.... Sigh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad dining in experience. A place suitable just to grab a snack and go. Thank goodness that donors have an area away from main cafe to rest at. Supervisor spoke loudly for extended time on video call, recipient on loud speaker mode. Should be more considerate that customers may need some quiet time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been a friendly experience and efficient one as a ‘regular’ donor here at HSA Outram. Walk in during my medical leave at SGH, made it convenient; the staff were friendly and professional; and i was in and out of there just a little past an hour. No queue, and was seemless from registration to iron check, doctors check and donation. The donation also comes with a ticket meal, which is quite basic but sufficient. Topping up with a little extra, like todays chicken rendung pie????????might help the business to continue supporting this cause for good, and stuff my tummy to replenish lost blood ?
