It was a fun experience which I definitely would go for again. You can add on stuff while you're there, weapons can be changed during your time there. Staffs are really nice and friendly!

Really friendly staff who made sure we were happy and rendered assistance as needed. Love the vibes there and you can play your own music while you release your anger. The free crate of breakables were quite worth, but i recommend adding on a printer to smash if you have a lot of frustrations to get rid off

It was a smashing experience. The sense of relief after smacking and throwing things inside the room. You could actually have your own music played and do recording of the whole experience . A healthy outlet for all those who had messy & confusing break ups , if u feel stress at work. ?

The first time I went to the Fragment Room, it was a lot of fun! The base reservation gets you a medium sized crate of glasses, so you have to pay extra for the weightier stuff (printers, ovens, TVs, etc.). I added on a printer and it was a great workout to smash! However... When I went the other day, they forgot to take out the ink cartridge. By the time I had noticed, the person working there wasn't able to remove it. I thought the face shield would protect me, but I was wrong. After the session, I was spitting up a ton of black ink because it was all in my throat and in my nose; it was so gross, and I felt sick the rest of the day... not to mention it was more expensive than the printer from my prior session despite even being slightly smaller. Just a warning to anyone wanting to smash a printer: REMIND THEM TO TAKE THE INK CARTRIDGE OUT BEFOREHAND! I don't want you to have the same experience I did. Edit (1 week later): The Fragment Room gave me a complementary 2 pax reservation + monitor as an apology for what happened. This kind of gesture shows the level of quality customer service they provide and that they care about the patron’s experience. Thus, I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars.

Super duper chill and friendly staff, love the vibes from the place. Neon lights and cement walls give a cool and laid back feel ? Smashing the printer and TV was the highlight of my trip here! So therapeutic, will definitely come back when stressed. They sell cheap craft beers too & have many board games to play while waiting! Had to reschedule my appointment but the boss was very accommodating & very nice about it! Thank you!!! Tip: Get add ons on site, as they might not have what u want in stock :-)

Wanted to go for years and was so happy to finally visit it! It's therapeutic, fun and the staff are really nice. Really lovely people and experience. Highly recommended.

Super fun venue where you can break objects to vent or just for fun! Located in a shophouse unit they have 2 rooms which you can use. They provide bluetooth speaker so you can blast whatever music you would like to get you in the zone. Also for add ons (Like the printer in the pic) do ask the staff for the selection. It was very much more satisfying than glass bottles?

Booked a package for 2 via KKDay for around $77. Don't think you can do walk-ins, so be sure to reserve in advance before coming. Walkable from Tai Seng MRT or you can take a bus here. We were late for our slot, but the staff was smart enough to let the next slot people takeover ours, and then we took their slots. Staff was also nice enough to give us extra time to prep and smash inside the room. While waiting for our turn, there were some board games that you can play in the waiting area. You need to sign a liability waiver form before you go in, to say that any injuries you get, Fragment Room is not responsible for it. This makes you be more careful inside the room. Once it's your turn, you get dressed. There are shoes for rental, and you are given a helmet, hair cover, cut proof gloves, and an overall. I had to choose shoes 2 sizes smaller than my usual European size. Then you get briefed on safety things and choose your weapon before going in. Was initially worried about my attire or dress code when wearing the overall. Just make sure to wear long pants and long sleeve tee shirts if you don't feel safe. Wear turtle neck shirts if you want to be even more safe, since that's the only exposed area after you don on the overalls. I had a small glass shard fly over to my neck area from behind, but nothing major, no cuts or anything. There's 1 toilet for you to use to change. In the room, there is a Bluetooth speaker you can use to connect your phone and play your music. Room is not soundproof by the way. Also you need to take out your gloves to use your phone, so be careful. You get around 40min in total for smashing if I recall. Once you close the door you can start. There's a metal table for you to place objects and the heap of glass shards at one corner. Presumably you should hit the objects in that direction and nowhere else. For our package, we were given 3 crates of wine bottles, ash trays, and cups. Made of ceramic or glass. The initial smash will feel scary but it's not scary at all. Just be sure to stay clear and be behind of the person smashing. Be confident and hit as hard as you can, and you can smash it. You can come out to change your weapon if you like. They have quite an arsenal here, enough for you to rob a person. No firearms here though all melee. The objects we smashed are small though. You need to pay more for a larger item. And it seems you can also bring in your item to smash, but you need to pay I think? Staff is friendly and good at helping you take photos or videos! Good place to relieve stress, and also a way to save mother earth by smashing items before it reaches the waste plant. Smash any electronics that you don't want anyone to recover your data from ? Overall fun experience. But not my kind of fun I guess. Maybe if I need to get rid of my old tv. Till next time!
