★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to board my dwarf bunny last minute and chanced upon The Fluffy Hut online. I was extremely pleased to see that the pens were very spacious and clean. On top of that the place is air conditioned and each pen had their own CCTV! Adrian and Rachel are both very professional, dedicated and passionate abut their job and really appreciate both of them for taking good care of my bun. Would defiantly come back to board my bun again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently relocated to Singapore from the US with our baby chinchilla during COVID-19. Prior to our departure, we asked Rachel and Adrian to help us arrange the home quarantine for the chinchilla because we had to serve our mandatory quarantine in a government hotel. They picked up the chinchilla from the airport with all the necessary documents and made sure the handover went smoothly. We can’t thank them enough for doing us such a big favor!
We can’t wait to travel again and we are looking forward to bringing the chinchilla to the Fluffy Hut for another vacation <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel and Adrian took such great care of Wami while we were away. So grateful that there is a place like fluffy hut to house our little one while we are away! They even cleaned and changed the bedding for him. ? With the CCTV, we were able to check on Wami regularly. Will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if it was possible, i would have given 6 stars! amazing service, always happy to help and really cares for the little ones! there is a cctv installed at the cage, and you can move the camera, speak through it, and capture moments through the app! they always diligently clean the cages, gives fresh food and water, and follows the customer's requests well! our guinea pig always looks very comfortable in her cage at The Fluffy Hut, and we will definitely recommend them to other parents of little animals. will definitely be coming back everytime we need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin! Fluffy Hut was the best experience I have ever had with a pet hotel. Rachel and Adrian were truly so kind and attentive. They were responsive and patient, they made sure our two rabbits were happy and taken care for AT ALL TIMES. I was away for 3 months and my rabbits had to be transported from Singapore to LA and Rachel and Adrian handled all the logistics and made sure that they were safe and taken care of during the whole journey. I truly could not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MORE! It was the best experience, especially as an anxious pet owner leaving her babies! Honestly, it pains me to say but I think my bunnies miss Rachel and Adrian more than they missed me! FLUFFY HUT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 1000000 STARS! I INSIST BEST PET HOTEL IN SINGAPORE/WORLD.
