Ordered a Shoyu Tuna with blood orange salad and added smoked duck on top of it. It was very delicious, just like how I remembered eating this when they first opened at Raffles Place years ago. Will come back to try their other offerings!

First time trying out the meals here and surprisingly it is pretty decent! Great location too, convenient for those who just went to the gym or even nearby parks! Would definitely come back to try other items! Hopefully they’ll add more to their menu!

Have been looking forward to my weekly lunch at ARC especially at The Green Bar. Every dish I had ordered was fresh, colorful, tasty, consists of different texture and crunchiness. The combinations were a delight with every bite until the last morsel. Must try every plate! Great quality and value too!

Dropped by for lunch and turned out to be the yummiest salad i’ve ever had!! Freshest greens served with good quality proteins (the bacon is highly recommended). Very flavorful and a bit of crunch! Serving size is huge and the amount of salad dressing was right enough! Slightly expensive yet good value for money! The owner was very hospitable and enthusiastic and service was fast although they look busy! Its a small shop w limited seats so you may consider takeaway.

Highly recommend the Breakfast Salad and the Mango Tango. For the Mango Tango salad, I am not a big fan of duck’s meat but i have to admit that it was really on-point. Whoever is the Bacon-lovers will definitely fall in love with the harmonious combo of bacon and bread crumbs within the Breakfast salad. Lastly, kudos to the chef for making such those spendid sauces. It really helps to elevate the whole taste of the food. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Most of the dishes came from his recommendations since we were all new to the shop.

Best salad place in this area! They serve tasty salads and grain bowls with fresh ingredients. Have tried a few and the smoked duck salad is my favorite. It's quite pricey as expected of salad places so it's difficult to have this regularly. It'll be great if there is a member rewards system in place.

Their salads are pricey, but the two I’ve tried (breakfast, goat cheese) have been some of the best I’ve had in Singapore. Given the $12+ price point for most salads here, I would rate them 5/5 if, for example, the kidney beans and peaches used weren’t just plain-from-the-can. From a personal taste perspective, I would enjoy more fresh sourness in the dressing used on the base greens — something that could be catered for with a condiment bar (lemon wedges, olive oil, salt, pepper). Will be back to try the others one-by-one! Edit 09/09/22: Came back and tried their Sous Vide Chicken Pineapple salad and it was wonderful too — extremely fresh and reminiscent of Thai or Vietnamese salad. Definitely hits my sourness preference better than the other flavours, and the attention to detail with the perfectly crunchy peanuts and the excellent pickled carrots (instead of just plain shredded carrot) cement this place as one of my favourites for fresh fare. Rating 4/5 → 5/5 ? Pro tip — their selection of delicious flavoured waters make for a great meal accompaniment.

I originally wanted to order their grilled chicken salad but one of the staff, Ernie, recommended me to try the duck mango salad instead. So I decided to order the duck mango salad instead. Ernie seems to be very knowledgeable about the different types of salads, and even asked if it was my first time at the restaurant so that he could give me recommendations. I feel that the salad was a bit pricey given that I paid close to $15 for the salad. However, the portion was quite big, and the salad tasted wonderful and pleasant. I would definitely consider dining at The Green Bar again in future.
