C	Christine Kwong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad pastry. Ordered the curry chicken feuliette and it was all pastry and maybe 2 mm of curry filling. The pastry was not light but heavy and oily. Totally not worth my $3.70 at all. Will never eat anything from Delifrance again. What a disappointment and drop in standard. The service staff didn't even utter a word or smile as she served me. I gave my order she just went to get it and then looked at me for the payment. I asked "can I pay by paywave?" She just pointed at the machine and later just passed me the receipts without a word or smile. When I asked for a serviette she just grabbed some and flung them on my tray. When I said thank you she just stared at me. I was the second customer in the empty restaurant and yet I was served like I asked for a free meal!!
H	Howe Yuin Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Closing time stated as 3pm. Started calling from before 2pm to confirm that is so. Multiple calls, no pickup. Decided to drive down. Reached the place at 2.30pm, it was still open and there was food in the display. But lady said no food. I asked whether closing time is 3pm. She confirmed yes but claims there is 'preclosing'. I told her I drove down specially and called many times but there was no pickup. She said that the phone is not working. There you have it. Early closing time, even earlier 'preclosing', uncontactable, there is food but she will not sell even though I already drove down. Vain trip, wasted time, wasted parking, no food, non existent customer service. Delifrance.

What I like about this place compared to the other coffee places in ARC is it's generally less crowded so you get to pick your seats and do your own thing. That said, there are children usually around playing with the toy cars near the escalator. Advice would be to sit further away from it. Cashier today was also on point - asked whether if I need milk or anything else.

Mentioned “everything don’t have except a and b” - no signs were anywhere that said anything was unavailable. Demanded vaccination status and when we showed it, rolled eyes and looked away. Lol. Would avoid at all cost.
