Good to look. High quality soft toys. But retail as a whole is doing bad

Cute Asian store with tons of fun accessories! Got a little gold-colored ring for $8USD that hasn’t rusted or turned my finger green after countless showers.

bad experience here, wouldn’t recommend to patronise if you are looking at getting gifts for friends or your loves one as their stuff is cheap and not durable! Was looking around and happen to saw a wind chime, as it was at my eye level and i wanted to have a closer look, i took the wind chime off from the hook and while holding the string which is attached to the wind chime, the string snap and broke off itself thus resulting the wind chime to drop onto the floor and break. A lady walked up to me and demanded me to pay up as i broke their stuff , not wanting to create a scene, i decided to pay the item and write in to the management hoping to seek a solutions out but to my horror, i tried to ask for ways of contacting the manager or the management but the staff are unable to provide!?!? I understand stocks have defects and i’m trying to seek a better solution to solve the issues but the staff is uncooperative and rude!! This is no way to run a business, as it’s like daylight robbery, every customer walk in to your store, pick your item up to see but due to the poor quality of your item which results in such incidents, are all customers suppose to pay immediately without finding out what’s wrong!?!? This will be the first and last time going to your shop! If you are reading this, go at your own risk!

Nice store to get kids toys!

Very bad service. Bought one item and open the package within an hour and discovered there is an item fault. Went back to get it exchange but was told cannot exchange by a guy SA. His attitude was not good and showed me a black face. I told him off as receipt stated exchange within 7 days why cannot exchange? When I paid for this item I was not told it cannot be exchange. If I am informed when I pay up, I will open up the package to check. In the end this SA took a DISPLAY set and pass to me and said ' this is good and no more exchange. Excuse me! I pay for an item and you gave me a DISPLAY SET and a bad attitude!! How can you ever in retail and give such a bad service. Well, no point arguing with such SA. I took the display set and left and knowing that I will NOT purchase anything from here again.

If decided to buy soft toy . Better don't heading over. Bought a 30cm flat soft toy. Paying $1 For the dunno what ugly wrap with transparent wrapping paper, which only the with a short ribbon. And the wrapping skill is really like kindergarten task. I ask for a plastic bag for easier carry, the staff speaking in Mandarin say 还要纸袋啊!? Mean still need plastic bag. So it's mean if I buy the big toy No plastic or any bag will given.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. The item I purchased from Bedok mall got defect. I wanted to exchange at downtown East outlet. They don't allow me to exchange although have stocks and ask me go back to Bedok outlet, told me that stock count different. I can't accept the reason at all! Company should change their policy. I asked them help me call Bedok outlet but they said not possible. Staffs are not friendly n helpful at all. I will never visit this outlet again!

A shop selling gifts items. They charge you $0.30 for a paper bag to carry your purchase items. Be careful with those offer items. It's not across the store but for a few selected items. Please check your bill carefully before you pay for the items.
