★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and service, you'll know your pup is in good hands. They provide entertainment options if hoomans choose to wait inside for their pups to be done, and they have drinks provided too. Over a great experience and the package is well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently sent our puppy there for grooming. However, when came back on the same day for consecutive 3 days, our puppy have been having diarrhoea (multiple times a day which is very unusual. There's even some traces of blood in one of the poo) Though we queried with groomer, it seems that the grooming session is norm. I mean if its norm, why our puppy is continuously having diarrhoea right after the session. Not sure what happened during the grooming session, but would not want to risk to use their service again.

Eloise is very patient, soft spoken & caring which is very apparent in her manners & words with d doggies.
JJ is professional at d onset, engaging me with discussing each dog's quirks, styling preference and offers suggestion and actively listens to my concerns.
I m kept involved with regular updatez in texts & pics throughout d day.
They are also present when I came to pick up my dogs, checking on them for any last min corrections and my satisfaction. A rare thing in this grooming industry & environment.
Kudos to the team for a great job & for pampering my "brats" & treating them like your own.
Will definitely come back for the next grooming !*!*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great recovery service. My mum brought our dog down for a grooming service, but because she was so anxious and terrified, she wouldnt let anyone touch her. Sadly, we couldn't start any of the grooming, but the business decided not to take a single cent from us and transported my dog back home instead.
