Sent my dog for grooming and was charged $115 instead of the $90 last time and did not inform upfront.The grooming is so bad,the fur is so choppy here and there.Did not even bother to cut the fur that was nearly covering the paws and when requested to cut was asked another payment just to do that.Did not bath the dog after grooming but when asked was lied on and said she was showered.The lousiest grooming service in entire Singapore ! I paid another groomer again to correct everything.NEVER SEND YOUR PET HERE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Jack Russell to enquire about a grooming service. My dog was sniffing around the shop, natural for a dog coming to a new space and the staff reached down and shoved my dog very aggressively. Immediately picked my dog up and left. This was while I was there, hate to think about the way they are treating dogs when owners are not around.
On top of that charging a ridiculous $85 for basic grooming services, not even including shaving. Would give 0 stars is possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very glad to have seen their post on FB. Went to view the shih tzu and fell in love with all 3. But we can only have 1 so, bought the only female from the lot. Hazel and Mark are very friendly and they look after the pups very well. Our first impression of the puppies are all very active, nice coat, healthy running about.
We brought our little Tofu for a vet check today and vet says little Tofu is very healthy. Ears are clear of mites, eyes are clear, skin condition is superb.
Would highly recommend those who are serious in getting puppies from Dreamy Paws.
Price is also right.
