D.O.G Department of Grooming - 275 Changi Rd

I have full trust in the groomers of D.O.G. My golden doodle is not the easiest to handle but Shawn always manages to make him feel comfortable. D.O.G also provides special care for my dog with skin issues. Friendly staff and very professional. They even provide pick up/drop off service if required! Will definitely recommend!

D.O.G is just 2 minutes from my home, very convenient. Convenient aside, staff are very friendly n clear in explaining for first visit. Debbie shivers when in strange environment n I believe she can move freely rather than coop in a cage, she's doesn't seem frightened when returned home. We are happy w the service n will definitely refer to others when opportunities arises. ?

So glad to find a shop with its owners that genuinely care for your dog's well being and not just how they will look after the groom. My dog has malassezia dermatitis and also yeast infection. After every grooming I can tell that my dog doesn't itch and looks like he's feeling much better. Shawn and Charlene (owners) will always apply additional vet approved products for him to ensure he gets better. There'll always be a "debrief" after each session to inform me if they spotted any skin related issues. Shawn also knows a lot about dog behavioral problems and has answers to them which is really helpful. It's very different from the other shops that I've been to. Most shops will just PR with the owners and ask how they like their dog's look after the groom. After seeing some horror videos online on how some evil groomers groom pets, we can't be sure what's going on behind the curtains. We can say most of us don't have the luxury to stay throughout to view how groomers groom our pets and also it might not be advisable to stay since our pets will be too excited when they can see us which can make grooming tough. Having said, it's always a bonus to know you're leaving your pet in good hands of kind and pet loving owners. If you haven't tried this shop, I sincerely recommend you to give it a try at least once. *Picture of my dog sleeping halfway during grooming.

shawn & charlene are one of the rare groomers you can find these days who show so much effort and dedication to our furbabies. they’ve always taken an extra effort to assess trixie and her skin condition on every grooming session to determine the best products to be used. happy trixie has got her itchy skin condition resolved just after doing 1 medicated treatment with D.O.G it’s a super plus point that the location is so convenient and walkable from home for trixie. happy kid, happy pawrent!

I was really happy with how today’s (first) full groom session turned out for both of my dogs! Shawn & Charlene were very professional and showed genuine care in ensuring they were at ease and well looked after. I also appreciate their feedback on how to help one of my pups work through a possible trauma she may have experienced in past session with another groomer. I’ve had a few bad experiences with reckless and other overly commercial groomers with questionable pricing models. It’s rare to find a spot where you can feel completely comfortable leaving your dogs and know they’re in trusted and capable hands.

This is a new place that just opened late 2021. Shawn and his partner run the place and they are incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and passionate about dogs which is something you don’t see in other commercialized groomers. Prices are reasonable and definitely worth it for the attention and care they have for your dogs! They ensure your dogs will be comfortable and not have a traumatic experience with grooming. Would recommend!

Appreciate that the groomers took effort to take before and after photos of the existing conditions of my dog, so that we can keep track of his progress. They also patiently explained to us on the after grooming care. Great service and definitely professional!
