★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened coffee shop selling mee pok and curry rice. There’s lots of Teochew fishball soups too.
The chili sauce used for the mee pok was quite nice too. Got a homemade feel. Mee pok had meat ball, fish ball, fish cake and pork liver (gave my partner cos not my fav). Cost was a bit more ex than usual, $4.50 each.
Tea was good too, seems to be a different condensed milk used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time there. It’s right below on the ground floor of a HDB flat. I ordered a bowl of laksa and pokka green tea for $5.50. Laksa taste pleasant. I also ordered 6 pieces of otah for $4. Their otah is piping hot too. This place is clean to enjoy a quick meal. I wouldn’t travel there to eat but will go again if I’m around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two bowls of laksa $4.50/ $5.50. The cook seemed to forget the large order, and made up for it with more fish cake and 2 fishballs. Only had 2 cockles in my large portion, while wife's portion had 3.
Good thing is the auntie taking orders acknowledged my feedback.
Believe they are related to the Yam Noodles that attract long queues at Kovan Central. This outlet helps you escape the queue, though the cook is now a "question mark".
