Had a rather unpleasant experience upon arrival! So I called to book an appointment for 2 hours and the receptionist did not ask for my contact number nor confirm my contact number, she assumed that it was my personal line but it was actually my work line hence I did not bring my work phone out with me and when I reached she told me that I didn’t pick up her call or reply her message so my appt was cancelled. This is unacceptable, some people has a few mobile lines and you cannot assume, should always confirm. Furthermore, an appointment was made it shouldn’t be cancelled just because we didn’t pick up the call. After voicing out our unhappiness they then slot us in, so my question is that since there are enough slots then why in the first place told us that it was cancelled? We were not even late, we in fact reached 15 mins earlier. The masseuses are very skilful I must say but with their rates being slightly pricier than other places I would expect this level of skill and excellent service.

Nice environment, need to update names and photo of Masseurs for easier identification when booking. Like the hot stone pillow used in the massages, aching muscle feels sooo good after that. Accepts credit card payment too which is a plus point. ? *Happy hour (less $10) from 10am - 4pm. Better to book in advance as that time slot can be quite packed.

First time, the foot massage was excellent, so I booked again, and it was unpleasant in every way. We were asked to pay upfront for our 60min foot massage, but then before starting, the masseuse asked us if we want to top up $10 for a 20min shoulder massage and 40min foot massage. Not what we made a booking for. We declined. Then the masseuses started and were not focused at all. Maybe they are skilled, but we did not benefit from their skills. On top of that, they were chatting loudly to each other and leaving to change the aircon setting during the massage etc…. My mother ended up with pain in one of her legs the next day from a painful uneven massage, with feet on top of a wet towel, and the massage lasted 5mins short of the 60mins we paid for. Better remember to request a good masseuse when booking.

We are regular customers here for massages. My husband and I keep coming back because of the high quality of service. You may consider the price a bit higher compared to other spas or massage parlors nearby, but it's all worth it. The attitude of the staff, professionalism, convenience, ambiance, and, of course, great service! Shout out to Ms. Cherry. I had an amazing, relaxing massage yesterday. Her experienced hands and techniques (especially if you love cracking) are superb. I highly recommend the Healing Loft and you'll definitely come back.
