Lovely establishment! My lashes came out amazing thanks to Jen! After care instructions were given to help me maintain them and she also checked up on me every now and then during the lash lift procedure which made it a comfortable process througout

Brought my mum to do brow henna on 13 Mar. She had to go to the clinic on 15 Mar due to an allergic reaction. On the website it states that 'This treatment is vegan friendly and all natural.', 'No peroxides or preservatives. Perfectly suited to sensitive skin types.' Am not sure what went wrong. The swelling seems to be getting worse so we might be heading to the hospital tonight :(

Been going to LC since they started at KAP, as BT was the first branch. They were very good and I was very happy with my lash curl. However, service for lash curl has been inconsistent the past year. Not sure if it was the change in lash technicians or they needed more training. Lash on one eye will come out crooked (once, it was even frizzy- like a bad perm) - they said it’s becos of my eye shape, monolids etc but you are the lash professional, can’t you fix it and make sure it comes out straight? They had to be reminded or the lash perm on one eye will all swing to one side and not be as curled as the other eye! In between this, I started going to another lash place that was cheaper and curled my short lashes with monolids straight and consistently and at half the price! Lash chapter did mine crooked 2-3 times and I had to get them redone. They seemed to be in a rush (manpower issues?) or perhaps I was not an “influencer” or “celebrity” that they could re-post with free publicity on Instagram ??‍♀️ Will not be renewing my package sadly. Reply to your msg- it’s ok, I’ve tried again like 3 times and it’s just not consistent and after giving feedback my lash on one eye that was done closer to CNY was also not straight/symmetrical (but all permed towards the right at an angle) the technician would always say it’s my eye and I was too resigned to WhatsApp or go back another day to get it redone, so I left it. It’s $70-80 per session and it isn’t consistent. Whereas the place that I got done at half the price, gets it consistent. I finished my last session at Delfi branch and it was ok- straight/symmetrical and a nice c curl.... maybe BT needs more training in the types of eyelids etc. It’s just disappointing after being with you guys for so many years since KAP.

I've gotten lash extensions from them many times and they're pretty friendly and thorough - with no hard selling! A bit pricier than what you can find elsewhere, but for the location, their detail-orientedness and how relatively long their lashes last, I keep coming back :)

I have done lash extensions multiple times with Jen (beautician) and I always go to Bukit Timah Plaza branch. Jen is very professional and I definitely recommend her. Service is outstanding. Quality is great. Lashes last very long and it feels super natural. The salon is really nice and clean and chairs are super comfy.

Awesome service! I did 3D lashes and it was very natural! Service was also good and it was an overall comfortable experience. Highly recommended! ??

3.5 stars - Did a lash lift and tint at this outlet, last minute. Effect was not too bad with obvious lashes fanned upright, tint is not adding huge difference though. Would like to get more effective communication from therapists, no process nor steps were explained throughout, so was weirdly guessing whats to happen next etc.
