★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed because almost all the lashes dropped after less than 2 weeks. Its now the 3rd week and one eye is completely bare while the other has only a few strands left. I paid 110$ and touch up would cost another 70$. From the price and the reviews, I expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my ombré brow embroidery here, it's my second time embroidering and I felt like it wasn't as great as my first experience under another studio. I did not go for the touch up as I felt like it was too pricey. Other studios usually include the touch up under the package so when I learned that we needed to top up $190 for the touch up, I chose not to go for it.
My brows have since faded off and now I still have to use brow pencil to enhance the shape of my brows. Will be going back to the first studio I went to next time.
My mother came with me too and her brows are slightly uneven, one side is slightly thicker than the other side.
Their prices are really competitive compared to other studios but for something semi-permanent, I'd rather pay more to get a better job done.

She is very patient to listen every request and comment that i have mentioned. She is also very gentle and cared how i am feeling throughout the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Lily is no longer in charge of lash extensions, Claire did my 4D lash extensions since early last year until now. And she never disappoints!
She’s always meticulous and very gentle (I fell asleep on every sessions!). My extensions lasted very long too. There was a period which I didn’t touch up for almost 2 months and some of the leftover strands were still intact.
I’d recommend Claire to anyone who is looking for lash extensions. Also another thing I like about lash icon: they don’t sell you packages so no hard selling. Highly recommended!
