★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LevelZ has a great location. However, its facility is not well maintained. For at least a half year, Jacuzzi wasn't working and currently all the treadmills in the gym is out of order for about three weeks. The maintenance staff do not know when it will be fixed since the boardmembers haven't approved the budget regarding the cost for fixing them. This has been quite disappointing that they cannot simply let tenants know when the treadmills can be repaired.

Nice apartments - rooms are pretty spacey
Facilities - jacuzzi (hot and cold), small gym, 3 pools
It’s pretty cozy overall

Location is central, near to places like Holland Village, Orchard Road and Botanical Gardens. The project is well designed with excellent facilities like swimming pools, gym, BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room and spa. Quiet and exclusive, perfect place for living.
