Even though I have shopped around for different maid agencies and following referrals from friends and relatives, I have never come across an agency that provides such detailed and cosy services for me. Though the agency fees are not that cheap like some low-ballers, I don’t mind paying a reasonable fee to enjoy their really good services! Felt totally pampered ~_~

TMC helped us to do up everything within a short span of time even though I was procrastinating on this and only gave them the indication to proceed at the last minute. Due to the pandemic, there were some logistics matters to take note of for the hiring of new helper, but Janelle was very helpful, and made the hiring process a fuss free one. She was also not pushy and gave us ample time to look through the bios of the helpers, reminding us to take our time to select someone we are comfortable with. =)
