Recently purchased a set of Naim and Focal system from your staff, Anand. He was very patient, offered excellent service from pre-order to delivery and was very meticulous in the way he handled the products. Will strongly recommend him and Absolute Sound SG to friends and relatives.

Notwithstanding the great Focal sound, bought my Focal Sopra 2 here at good price. These guys at Absolute Sound also been professional and great to deal with. To top it off they also offer interest free instalment thru selected cards, which is a good way to afford a reference system now and pay later gradually at affordable rate. A gain on opportunity costs.

I'd give this shop 0 star if I could. They rang me to confirm the delivery date of my order but I missed it, and I called back shortly after not knowing the call was from them as it was an unrecognized number. As I was about to hang up after a brief call with the shop owner, I overheard them gossiping about and literally mocking me (they didn't realize I was still on the line), saying stuffs like I called them back so quickly because I was too desperate to get my hands on my item asap, it is so much trouble to text me to schedule my delivery, etc (now this is a toned down version of what they actually said). Again, I called them back not knowing the missed call was from this shop, and I've conveyed over the phone that I was totally fine about receiving my item later when they told me their delivery schedule is packed for the next few days. When I raised the issue with the shop owner, all I received was a simple apology with a pathetic excuse that his colleague used a "wrong word", but I've clearly heard the owner leading the gossip. The level of unprofessionalism they demonstrated is just unbelievable, and now that I've found out how radically dishonest this shop is, I've been warning all my friends to stay away from them. Shop at your own risk.
