I have been looking for certain brand of cable.
So I finally found a cable that I need at this store, but when I was asking about the cable.
The owner instead asked me back , where I came from.
Then he said why he has to asnwer my questions, If I have no intention to buy.
I have no idea why he said that.
So I decided to cancel my plan to buy
I feel sorry to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was at Norman Audio at Adelphi testing the PrimaLuna Tube Amps. Have to say this is the best Tube Amp on every aspect and challenges the competition heads on ...Also met the humble soft spoken Ivan Cheng who is the boss of Norman Audio!! He has lot to offer on his technical knowledge on high end audio and definitely something to learn too...one thing I liked about him was his honesty which is rare nowadays due to the intense competition amongst high end electronic retailers inside Adelphi...I didn't take pics as i forgot about it and yes he has amazing high end products at his outlet...pay a visit and be entertained!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Adelphi last week with a buddy of mine shopping for speakers and we saw Norman Audio had some pre-owned speakers on display a their shop front. We were met by the most rude and unprofessional guy who asked us what we are looking for and when we asked if he have any pre-owned speakers he could recommend ard $4-5K, he told us he have no time for used speakers and if we were interested, we could just buy and go. His service attitude and response left me and my buddy felt really disgusted. I will definitely avoid this shop at all cost and will not recommend this shop to anyone. I will give them a negative score if there is one.
